About Us

Six founding members identified a need in the community to support and mentor young, Black boys. We take a hands on approach, engaging young men to and through young adulthood with our curated curriculum. 

Community N Brotherhood, (CNB) initiatives include:

• Educate and empower our youth
• Guiding mentees on what it means to be a man in today’s society
• Connecting mentors with trade schools and supporting entrepreneurship
• Reducing the rate of recidivism in the communities the organization serves
• Fix the floor and raise the ceiling through a uniquely designed curriculum
