About Us

Six founding members identified a need in their community to support and mentor young men of color. Taking a hands on approach, engaging young men to and through young adulthood, using a curated curriculum and approach. 

Community N Brotherhood, (CNB) initiatives include the following:

• Educate and empower our youth.
• Guiding mentees on what it means to be a man in today’s society.
• Connecting mentors with trade schools and supporting entrepreneurship.
• Reducing the rate of recidivism in the communities the organization serves.
• Fix the floor and raise the ceiling through a uniquely designed curriculum.
